Trying to appeal a silence via help ticket is usually pretty pointless from my experience though. They usually ignore what you say and just tell you that it's "based on moderator discretion" even if the thing you got silenced for is ridiculous while others are basically getting away with murder 😥
Moderators are typically trusted to gauge of a player is deserving of a silence. But if you check ToU and respond to your ticket in a clear and concise manner you can get it appealed.
Then tell me why I'm super polite, make a very fair case, and am still told the same thing 🤷♀️ but it's fine, I'm just still a little salty about it lol
It might have been valid then, hard to say since I’m neither a mod or a developer 😅 But even if the silence doesn’t seem valid ATA does get the final say unfortunately.
