Turning fat into muscle is a myth. Muscle is hard to build whereas fats, they form so quickly and they're not an active tissue like muscles.
I'm sorry for posting too much. Lol. My goal is to build muscle. Alida, I believe you can lose those fats. I did it. Just remember, fat loss doesn't happen overnight...
I'm . 5'5 to 5'6. I'm 127. Yes i'm happy with it. Well i might be a few pounds lighter--- haven't been eating as well but i willmost of my weight is on my as* lol. Playing...kinda.
Day 1 Well this is it, I'll be taking my first steps into my completely changed life. I understand when people say, 'Big talk, but bigger actions'. Well this is me, giving you guys my best so fair. My words now put into actions. Well waking up today was rather hard, I do tend to stay up way past my bed time, to talk with my bf Sal. So waking up I was tired. I also woke up late, so I skipped breakfast (as I usually do) Arriving at school I went straight to the gym, since my school is so big on wellness, they let you walk around the gym in the mornings until school has officially started. So I walked, at a good pace around the gym for 15 min. Then since today my teachers decided to day was 'Wellness walking day' I walked around the entire school for the rest of my first period, which is 35 min. Of course like the dummy I am, I wore my boots with the slightly big heels. My feet hurt so bad! Then the rest of my day was the same. By the time lunch came, I got taco pizza. I know it sounds weird.. Cause it really is. It looks, and is shaped like pizza, but it tastes like a taco. I'm not sure if this was a wise choice food wise. On the side I had broccoli, and some diet green tea. The end of the day came quickly after that, I have planed for a good 30 minute work out after dinner. Helping me out with my diet, my mother is making grilled cheese sandwiches, that she promises is very healthy for me. So I trust her. That was my day.
