  1. Pizza and grilled cheese sandwiches do not sound healthy. You're not getting the vitamins you need. Try having salads with for example roasted pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds. Olive oil and vinegar mixed together make a nice dressing if you need it.

    You want to eat things like grilled chicken and fish. Greasy foods will only make you feel hungry if you don't eat much. Try foods with lots of fiber. Berries and fruits are great to snack on if you feel the urge to have something sweet.
     
  2. Apples give negative kilojoules! Oranges help burn fat! Mm..one stick of Celery is only 20Cal I believe.
     
  3. Mindy- thank you so much for your suggestions. I will begin asking for salad instead in school. There doesn't seem to be anything better to eat that is healthy other then salad so I'll make sure to change that quickly.
    Is my mother lying to me? 

  5. Chewing gum is 20 cal so try avoiding them, or u could just skip lunch and have some gum instead. But don't do that too often.
     
  6. I can't know what kind of a grilled cheese she is making but generally speaking it's not exactly a healthy choice :/ of course it can be made a bit better by using healthier options in the bread and cheese, but for someone trying to lose weight it doesn't seem great.

Www.highlifeworkout.com have some good tips (just ignore the bodybuilding part if you don't want that don't overdo it) but the site have great tips both for eating, drinking, ways to speed up weight loss (more muscle = higher passive fat burning... Freezing = your body release brown fat cells which eats normal ones to Heath you up = faster weight loss) :)

  11. I figured out that if i cut down on coffe i lost weight. I lost 6 pounds so far

  13. I'm 5'3.5 and 105 pounds.... I want to lose weight, but I'm in a constant struggle with anorexia and bulimia.

    People tell me I'm not fat at all but that's just what i see when I look in the mirror

  16. Hehe I lost heaps very quickly.. ( not that I ever weighed that much) but all I did was eliminate as many carbohydrates out of my diet as possible and exercise heaps.. Oh funny thing is I weigh more now than I did before because once I lost it I began to build up muscle :) now I weigh like 80kg so yeah I'm happy and there's a tip for y'all.. CARBS ARE NOT YOUR FRIEND :D
     
  17. But I love bread :( lol I think instead of worrying about how much you weigh, you should measure your self instead. Because water weight fluctuates and it can be discouraging plus muscle weighs more than fat. And who doesn't want to here they lost I dunno 5 inches around their waist? :)
     
  18. Also, it's very likely that people who weigh a healthy weight and have a normal bmi can be obese depending on the amount of body fat they have. (sorry just got done with a nutrition class)
