Hi Alida!!! And this is semi related to the thread: I have a good weight but it's only because I eat really slow so I'm full before I finish my plate. Also I'm really weak like I fail at push ups and stuff like that. The only thing I can do is run
Maggie- hey maggie ok well for the strength part, it depends on the kinds of food you eat. You should stick to proteins like meats. And dairy. That should help your strength. If you add in more meat and dairy to your diet, you should see success. And good for you for your weight.
Thx i'll try that and yea I have a high metabolism so I eat a lot of junk but my parents said that it's better to have a low metabolism cause when your an adult your metabolism slows down and if your used to being able to eat junk then you might gain a lot of weight, sry for the long post
I'm 17 and around 127-137 pounds (not too sure, don't have a scale) and I have a horribly messed up body image :/ I see myself as a size like 12 when I'm really a 5..
CortneyT- do you believe you might be beginning to be anorexic. If you are, often people believe they are bigger then they are. Or this could be just sine stress. Anything causing you any stress? A lot of the times people feel their biggest when put under stress
I'm not anorexic, although my stomach is sensitive to a lot of foods especially sugar. I do have finals that are this week, but I've been this was since 8th grade
