weight loss

  1. I'm 128  but it's really hard for me to lose weight
     
  2. I lose weight in football and baseball and running and stuff
     
  3. I weigh 65 lbs... High metabolism... And I'm only 4-7.5  you can do it alida, it sounds like your doing good do far, good luck
     
  4. I play soccer though so I'm fit
     
  5. I run track, I'm the smallest on the team
     
  6. I'm 17 and 160lbs
    I'm happy about my weight but I can't gain or lose weight due to sports.

  10. I do tae Kwon do too  I'm ready for my next belt, but never on the testing days

  14. Im 17, and about a month ago i weighed about 185. Now im 236. So please post about what you did cuz it might help me

  18. Sexville7000- what I did, was find the things that caused me to gain weight. Mine was drinking to much pop (soda), and eating to big amounts of food. So I stopped drinking pop (soda) completely, and eat smaller portions of food, and also did a bit more exercise. But each person has different things that make them gain weight. Now you have to find yours
