I was a waitress too... Last time someone did that to me I called the client and said he forgot something... Gave him back the shitty tip he left... He said it was my tip, i said no... A tip is 20%... What you left is an insult
besides... They guy had left me way less... The bill was something like 150$ and he left 0.20$... He never came to the restaurant again... But the chick he was trying to impress that night came and said he was a prick
That man is just... wow what a jerk . if I had dealt with that not only would I be fired but he'd be in a hospital you have a great amount of patience he is a sack of potatoes
I'm... Waitresses here don't need tips because they get paid $18 an hour. tipping is VERY uncommon in Australia because people don't actually 'need' the tips to make a decent amount of money.
I just started waitressing and the people always give you a hard time and barely a tip. But just starting I can't collect tips yet which is ridiculous considering I'm waiting on my own tables and not shadowing ugh.
