after collecting recorder you have to collect tiers in XC. 2 tiers for extracredible OR 3 tiers in soak the spotlight OR 4 tiers for collectathon
Recorder drops randomly from parties. Also, 4 tiers would mean 4 tiers total, aka you could reach only the first tier on 4 separate collectathons and it would count.
