No, it is not bashing the community. As stated in the thread, it's part of EVERYONE. Equality. Also, yes, I was proud yesterday. I've been proud everyday. Haven't the homosexuals? If not, then that's a shame for them because no matter what people say or do they should be proud of who they are. If they want to show their pride today, then why not the heterosexuals? We're all celebrating equality.

Tyler, the point of this day is to let the LGBT community have a day of recognition for THEMSELVES, and themselves only. Making this thread belittles that. I get that your intentions were good, and I don't blame you for this. I just want you to see why this thread isn't "equality", it's taking attention away from the LGBT community when they deserve it most.

Listen here my uncle gave up everything to be true to himself. He gave up his career and his life and his home and moved to a state so he could marry the man he loved. I couldn't be more proud of him for him being true to himself and not listening to people like you who think this bs. To this day he still fights to be himself because there are stupid people out there like you who did him and make him feel like he is worthless because he is gay. People like you have made him want to hurt himself and run and hide because he was afraid. And if you feel the need to express yourself about being straight than go jump of a bridge.
