Alisha_xo: with iOS you're able to delink any other device that has access to your account, including your android device. Androids don't yet have the ability to delink accounts, ATA are working on adding it to androids soon.
Rpdavid: if you've linked your account to an ATA account you could've simply logged into your account and nothing would've been loss. In the occurrence that you haven't linked your account, there is no way to regain access to it. You can try to email support@athinkingape.com but there isn't much they will be able to do for you.
@war-king: i did link my account in ATA, and i also logged in my ATA account right now, but i wasnt able to retrieve it
I get confused :/ I just want to ask a question: is it possible for me to get my old account back if it hasn't been linked to ata or facebook? My phone device was kinda error so I did factory reset on my phone and when I install pimd, I am asked to make a new account... :'(
Ok so I've never once deleted an unknown device , and have been locked out for downloading/factory reset 1,000 times.. It's impossible on a time scale and also 5 is the max before lockout. So how is that possible?

@Peeta, The issue there is that your device is locked out from swapping between two accounts too many times.
Oh yeah deleting old accounts. Didn't read the thread at first .-. Why did you guys use a system that not even you guys can control ?
This sucks but the fact that it came about is a result of people attempting to gain access to other people's accounts, players selling accounts and swapping logins all over the place to cheat the system. Implementing a password to log in/out just allows people to share accounts so they won't do it.
My main tO-Adriane was suddenly locked because it said i attempted to use too many devices with the account,when ive only used it on my ipad then later transferred it to my iphone,the unlock date is July 14,2014. How do i recover it faster?

You can still access your account via the devices previously linked to your account: @Peeta Unfortunately this system is currently automatic and the locks expire on their own. The system is in place to give people the ability to transfer to a new device at their leisure, however, the system needs these locks in place to stop account abuse. Types of abuse that are being stopped by this are: - multiple accounts on the same device, you are only allowed one account per device - account sharing and sales - spam throw away alts design to disrupt the community @The-Wise-Master-Sage-Dan You are not meant to be able to link a new device everyday. There should be no reasonable reason to do this. We are looking into the maximum number of devices allowed per year; however, it would still not account for a new device being linked every day. What kind of actions would require you do this?
I wake up with them ._. Some days it happens and others it doesn't. I do not ever factory reset nor delete/redownload the app. My guess is it might happen per time I reboot the app by double clicking home on menu, then pressing ⛔ I press that when PimD lags too much or when I get kicked out. Besides that, I do nothing but play, sleep and eat. Also, it is a complete bummer my Generation 2 device cannot update the app though continually asked to do so, cannot go past 4.2.1 xD
I've checked your account, it is not adding a new device to your account daily and the actions you have described would not result in a new device being linked to your account. So your actions and play style are not running against the account security system. The actions that result in a 'new device' being linked are: signing in with your ATA ID/Facebook on a new device factory resetting your device and signing in again with your ATA ID/ Facebook delinking a device, logging in with ATA ID/Facebook, delinking that same device and logging in with a different ATA ID/Facebook (swapping between accounts on the same device) deleting all ATA apps at once from your device and then reinstalling them. (iOS only)
