  1. I didn't say you'd be arrested for life or a long time. You'd be arrested. It's illegal. That's the bottom line.

  2. I wasn't talking about illegal things dude. Look at the context of what we were talking about and you will see what we were saying.

  3. Well, anyways, I'm just gonna say my opinion. Yes, everyone does have freedom of speech but that doesn't mean you should say your opinion on everything because sometimes it's in your best interest to keep quiet. For example, if you knew you would get threatened and insulted, don't say it. I also think that everyone has the right to their opinion and they should express it as long as it doesn't involve hurting someone...

  4. on a side note, I'm glad I'm not the only one who orders two sides of fries. :D they're so damn yummy...

  5. Exactly cookies. That is what I am trying to say, and what the law says.

  6. 9th post on page 5.

  7. Every single sentence there is incorrect.

  8. (except the threatened or insulted part, I still have a right to say something, but I must reap the consequences)

  9. That's like saying you have the right to kill someone, you'll just have consequences. Do you know what a right is?

  10. Dude... We were talking about hate things dude. How many times do I have to say that.
Maybe I should have made it more clear, but I thought I already had.

I can saw WHATEVER I want as long as it does not have to do with physically hurting someone else. I can't get arrested for saying "I hate" a certain race or group of people (I don't, just an example)

  11. I said opinion, not action.

  12. Blockey, you are taking words in a paragraph and applying it to something completely different. We are talking about speech, not killing people.

  13. False. It's illegal to say anything that infringes upon someone's rights. It doesn't have to be physical harm.

  14. Give me an example.

  15. Damn it red, yes. You're talking about how freedom of speech means you can say whatever you want. I wasn't talking about killing people, I was talking about saying you were going to kill someone. That is speech, not murder.

  16. ._. so I can say "I'm super-glooing your mouth" (taking away right of speech) and i'd be arrested?

  17. I can go around saying "women can't vote" as much as I want.
That's a right, and I am saying it. I won't get arrested, but people will think I a, stupid and crazy.

  18. I said that! I said if you threatend or some, thing like that, it is different the just voicing your opinion.

  19. Saying you're going to burn somebody's home. If they're not home, no instant physical harm. Saying you're going to rob someone. No physical harm. Unless its armed robbery, but I didn't say that. I could go on and on... Vandalism...
