I cleared what I said. We were talking about voicing opinions, not threats. That's what I was saying.
You weren't talking about voicing opinions. You were talking about voicing anything. 9th post page 5 again.
I don't think I can get arrested for saying that Blockey. I have never heard of that happening. And actually doing that is different.
So from that post, you can tell somebody you'll murder them within the next 24 hours, and if they call the police, they won't do anything, because the person hasn't actually murdered them yet? You said freedom of speech means you can say whatever you want... And sometimes I don't believe you can Boyce all opinions. If somebody's opinion was that being born left handed should mean getting killed, I think they'd be arrested for voicing it... You said and you were correct in saying, you can not be arrested for thinking anything. As soon as you say it though then it becomes a threat...
If you cleared that you should've told me before I kept continuing. ._. That's the whole point of my argument. That's how this thread turned into a free speech argument. If you admitted that post was incorrect then were done here. There's no problem. .-.
I can voice any opinion I want, and it is not illegal. Once a "voicing of opinion" turns to a threat, it is not longer a "voice of opinion" And no, I did not admit I was wrong, I admitted I was unclear of what I was saying. I was saying it in the context of voicing an opinion, not threats, etc.
I meant for if my belief was what I stated above. Apologies for being vague. I do believe you'd be arrested for saying "my opinion is all women should be shot." etc. extreme case, but I think having an opinion that certain people should be threatened is against the law(if you voice it of course. You can think whatever.). I'm not a constitution scholar though, I don't know.
