  1. Blockey... Sorry to say, but that is totally unamerican to say. Everyone is rightin America to think and have the opinion they wish.
It's apart of being apart of this great country. Dude, this guy is not running for political office, he is not waving a flag going on a campaign to ban it. He stated his opinion. That's it.
I can think anything I want about anything. If I was against a certain race of people, that is my business. Now, if I act against it by doing something illegal, then that is different. But, having my own opinion is why this country is great.

  2. Everyone in America has the right*

  3. So you're allowed to be against races, you just can't voice it. You're allowed to be against and act on homophobia. That's hypocrisy.

  4. There are certain things you aren't allowed to say. And he didn't just voice his opinion... You seem to think everybody hates him just for his beliefs. He went far beyond saying that.

  5. Vice Tim hortons 5 minutes from my house 

  6. A double standard, not hypocrisy. Typing too fast. And it's late whatever. 

  7. I said do anything illegal.there is a difference between voicing an opinion, and doing an illegal act.

  8. In america I can say whatever I want. I can't go to jail for simply saying something. I have to do something illegal. We have freedom of speech, we can say whatever we want.

  9. You're trolling right?

  10. You sound like a kindergardner there... No, there are many many things you can be arrested for saying. Threatening to kill, rape, steal, kidnap, basically saying you're going to do anything illegal that infringed on someone's rights. Please tell me you knew freedom of speech has its boundaries and that you were joking there... That would be so sad. 2nd grade history dude.

  11. No. That's serious dude.
I can't go to jail for simply saying something. Look in the constitution. It is something called "free speech". It wouldn't be free speech if if there were limitations on it. But, I cannot go to jail for saying "I hate " a certain race or people group. (I don't hate anyone, just an example)

  12. Now being a physical threat is different. We were talking about race, etc.

  13. Dude, yes you can. Free speech doesn't mean you can say whatever you want.

  14. But thinking about those things cannot get you arrested. That is what we are talking about. I can have my own thoughts and opinions that no one can arrest me for.

  15. A physical threat is saying something. If I say I'm going to kill you tomorrow, (just an example obviously.) I'll have the cops on my ass and I'll be arrested by the next morning. I'll be arrested for SAYING I'm going to kill you. Even if I never had any intention to do it or it was a joke etc. If you felt threatened and reported it I would be arrested it.

  16. Ya you would be arrested. But, there would be a very limited jail time, if at all , to see if there was a real threat.

  17. How did this go from waffle fries to freedom of speech?

  18. "in America I can say whatever I want.". 8th post last page. You did not say you could think whatever you want. You said "in America I can say whatever I want." that is false. You can be arrested for SAYING anything that infringes upon someone else's rights. You were never talking about simply thinking those things.

  19. Blockey.
If I said I hated a certain race (which is where this conversation started, and should go back to), I have the right to say that.
If I said I was going to do illegal things to that certai race, that is different.
