If you tap the little question mark icon within the quest, it says any party will drop it. However, people have said in the announcement thread that it could take a while (up to a week from what I've seen).
I have finished 3 POTDs and I didn't yet get it. Another person messaged me saying that she didn't get it even after 10 CC. It is ridiculous if it is a rare drop like cats and Kinies.... 🥴

Seeing as it doesn't come back for the revisited 3rd loop, I'd say no. (But I've prepared for it anyway.)
I think the upgrading of furnis is only for the first loop. Then if you select "Let's start at the beginning" for your second loop, you'll have a different task (Complete parties).
So i finished the 3 loops for the normal watch but I didnt receive any avatar. Are the avatars for the VIP watch only or the rewards come in late?
I believe it is 40, yes. Definitely not 60 as the revisited 3rd time loop does not contain that task. Helpful hint: starter furni (from puzzle boxes) counts!
