I agree Butterfly. As I've said already I just find it sick some people are calling for the death penalty
Nah death penalty would be too easy for the kid. Let him rot in jail and make him do penance and be traumatized for the rest of his life. Drinking and driving is a dumb thing to do. No excuse. Just think of the family he killed and the loved ones they left behind because of his stupidity. Smh
yes kids do make mistakes. would we be having the same debate had the kid went and shot the people? probably not. What I don't get is, they stole beer from Walmart and got drunk. Then wanted more so went to get it.Not only were 4 people killed, two kids riding with him were severely injured. I just can't accept the "my parents didn't teach me or my parents' wealth made me do it". Granted, some parents should be held accountable. however, that shouldn't be a reason to go out and make poor decisions. if you had to steal it, you weren't supposed to have it.
If you blow 3× the legal limit. That is around 2.4 blood alcohol content. His stealing and drinking may have been bad, but the second attempt was not him. If you are blowing a 2.4 bac you are blacked out, and not in control of your actions.
he wasn't blacked out if he got behind the wheels of his vehicle and attempted to drive for more alcohol or let's say to steal more alcohol. also if he's been drinking since the early teen or preteen then his tolerance level may be high. he didn't have to be hospitalized for alcohol poisoning to my knowledge.
You don't need alcohol poisoning to be blacked out. I blackout all the time, Sometimes I wake up at home, or on someones bathroom floor, a strangers bed. I shot my best friend in the hand when i was 15 and blacked out on zannys and whiskey, for almost no reason.
and you're proud to share that information osw? I wouldn't be. I'm not saying that one has to suffer from alcohol poisoning. I'm just saying, he was taking into hospital for that.
Peanut the person im referring to was drunk and playing with a loaded weapon and shot someone in a completely different room… he deserves the sentence he was given even tho it was an "accident"
It's Texas. Texas has the most death penatly cases. Should've sent him to see a death penalty, and said "That could've been you."
Nope. He shouldn't get the death penalty. The lil punk didn't mean it. It was unintentionally, but he should of been put behind bars. I believe the death penalty should be for ruthless, cold blooded mother fuckers. Someone who plans the death to a great extent, someone who wants to kill with the intent to actually kill. Etc etc. But then again I'm only human, I don't wanna be a poser playing some sort of god, it's not in my function to play god. Deuces
