  1. Well, he got 10 years of probation unless of time behind them bars. And the excuse was that his parents didn't teach him how to control himself or "right" from "wrong" they were also wealthy right?

Well, ^ replay the same scene but instead of the parents being wealthy let's say there are low-class.

    I wonder what would happen.

  2. The govt here as I'm sure govts elsewhere recognise the money wasted by accidents related to drink driving and drug driving,in Victoria we were the first state in the world to introduce roadside drug testing it's the first time i could say that we had a pro active govt trying to prevent loss of life and loss of money

  3. Rules, laws, simply put, should be the same world wide, and should be stricter. Way to many people get off lightly, and due to this, they will go and do it again. Won't surprise me if that rotten little brat does the same thing again and takes more innocent lives

  4. I agree Zach.

  5. Agreed zachy

  6. Strict or not there will always be corruption and all sorts of crap. Lol

  7. you're right Spit.

  8. True as well

  9.  Worldwide laws is a bit of a stretch.. But consistency amongst states should be something easily achievable.

  10. Were there three or more witnesses?  Anyways, I don't think this belongs in PIMD, you really can't discuss this type of stuff on here without causing problems... 

  11. Basically the kid and some friends stolebeer from Walmart. they got drunk and left for more alcohol and that's when the accident happened. his alcohol level was 3xs of an adult as set by Texas which is 12xs higher for someone his age set by Texas. some of the other teens were injured.

  12. NONE OF YOU IDIOTS OBVIOUSLY NEVER BEEN BEHIND THE WHEEL UNDER THE INFLUENCE STUFF JUST HAPPENS ITS NOBODY'S FAULT

  13.  so drunk driving is smart now?

  14. Drunk driving is NOT SMART. I swear if you think that's smart please just run into a wall right now.

  15. IM NOT SAYING ITS SMART IM SAYING WE'VE ALL DONE IT AND BAD STUFF JUST HAPPENS SOMETIMES ITS LIFE

  16. It's nobody's fault? Now, I don't know the whole story, but if what Butterfly said is true, then he is at fault. He chose to follow along with his friends to get the alcohol and knowingly drove after drinking to get more. Things do happen, but you can't justify his actions. We aren't idiots just because some of us are smart enough to know better then to drink and drive.

  17.  I personally don't like breaking the law. So you generalising and saying we're all stupid enough to drive while under the influence of alcohol, knowing full well that it impairs your judgment and slows your reaction time, whilst also being illegal, is not appreciated, thank you..

  18. We've all done it? I've never drunk a sip of alcohol in my life.....and many others haven't ether.
You see over here in Australia we have a tv ad saying if you drink and drive, your a bloody idiot, flirt, sounds like you drink and drive, you bloody idiot.

  19. This could have been avoided if he wasnt freakin drunk .. The little  should pay the price for doing what he did .. It sure in hell was no accident and 10 years of probation and 30 days of rehab? Seriously ?! That ain't enough punishment for the lost of the family of four ... Corruption now in days damn I swear .. If it wasnt for his rich filthy ass he would probably already had life in prison ..
