[Update] Gifting / Regen Changes

  1. We've just released an update to PIMD with two somewhat small, but hopefully useful changes for you all!

    - After sending a gift you are now taken back to the Send a Gift screen allowing you to send more gifts with ease
    - When you run out of Strength and Intelligence you will now have the option to immediately visit the Nurse

    Note: This update may take a few hours to show up for everyone on iOS< and should be out for those on Android already..
