Glad you have it under control and you are proof that it can be done with help, good for you, its very brave to say all that.
Thanks Jo, it took me a long while to get comfortable with it but it can happen. I just hope that people are having the problems I did take was I said into consideration.
I hope so too. Drugs and alcohol are a short term solution and end up making the problem worse x there's always someone that can help once you reach out and when someone feels so bad that they are suicidal asking someone for help can't make it any worse , people need to realize that what they are feeling is actually quite normal for that illness and they will not be judged..
You are lucky if you feel that way. That must mean nobody close to you has died or has come close to dying. In my way of thinking, anyway.
omg thank you for this thread. i have lost multiple loved ones to suicide and i almost took my life due to depression. it's nice to see people on this game who think that suicide isn't a joke. usually people are like "so get over it" it's not that simple as just "getting over" something as serious as depression and other mental illnesses, thank you again for this thread.

Very comprehensive. I'm sure most of us or rather all of us have lost someone/almost lost someone to suicide. I especially liked that you posted hotlines for various countries. I sincerely hope that this note reaches out to people and that people take notice on the importance of suicide awareness. Thank you for posting.
