  5. I read about LcBc in here and I am excited cuz I only have two dorms left to buy and 98% of my dorm mates are tier 4 and level 4. However , I asked around in clubs and they said it's tier 6 lvl 6. So now I am confused. Which one is true? Who make those rules for qualifying LcBc anyway?

  6. LCBC was from Gaw I believe. It means Land Complete Build Complete. In other words max stats. Sooo you need the latest tier (tier 6), up to max level, tier 6 level 4. Have all your dorms open and filled with tier 6 level 4. It takes about 8T to lcbc.
