If a new club is created, how long does it take to unlock the party cat cafe?

The more players there are in the club the easier it will be to unlock cat cafe.

 

Thank you. Is there a criteria...like a certain a mount of parties?

 

You must unlock the following:

• Draw Manga
• Noodle Express
• Enjoi J-Pop
• Cosplay Please
• Anime Expo
• Big In Japan

Then you do cat cafe.
Total = 7 Parties.

Question: Why do people ask for volleys even though they are already op? Don't they know parties and wars gets you more money?

 

Well because they are new, they don't understand the game yet and the many ways of getting money. When they first started they got money from the volley they would of gotten. So, they believe that's an easy way of getting money. Also, many do not hit BL and don't understand what farming is.
