You have completed all the jobs. Those people either took longer to do the jobs or they kept doing the jobs after they completed them. You can do this by pressing the show all in the top right corner.
Laura. Go to the home page, Then to your profile. From there go to the bonus tab, there you will see your bonuses from tutors. They give you a stat bonus but it doesn't officially add to your stats it gives you a hidden bonus that only you can see. Ping is a third party program used to chat and share pictures. How do I know what good tutors to buy? Like when people say that they have good stats.. What are the stats to look at?
Go to their profile and see their intelligence/strength (stats). Would the combined stats be worth the money ur using (for ex. 350m is a good price for 5088cs)
