Why can't I check my own thread? Think I'm forum banned or something? As if? Nilla is entitled to his opinion even if I disagree. Betas actually were popular for a while until people got tired of the same thing over and over, just like they get tired of the same type of hunt over and over. Betas were more popular when they were occasional and in conjunction with a hunt. If nilla read my whole thread, he'd see that's what I suggested. Just because I'm asking for this specific type of war back, doesn't mean I don't support other wars. Unfortunately, I can't join all those wars all the time. Many of us can't do 24 hours in the middle of the week, and frankly I'm tired of these open merc wars where they end up totally 1 sided even though I've joined in on them at times. I used to match wars some but it's time consuming and a pain when people back out. So ultimately, the iwars provided an opportunity to do a quick war, that's matched, and doesn't require a long time commitment. That's nice to have on occasion

Agreed. Whenever I do have time to join war I wake up with the other gaining 30+ Members and 24 hours is a long time commitment for those of us who don't spend our Entire life's on Pimd. Some of us have Work, Studies and Families to be with. Which make 24 hour war difficult for us. It is also hard work for those who plans a well organized war.. There is a lot of thought that goes behind the wars such as Making the Roster, Rules,etc. Whenever people back out or Don't show up a replacement is needed immediately which can be difficult.
I feel like you need a timeout. It is very possible to disagree with another human being without resorting to childish name calling. I support iwars because they are something different. They give me a different reason to hit buttons....it is all psychological really...regardless we are all still just tapping away. However, they were fun and a great way to meet new people that I otherwise wouldn't have met.
Many of the players who have supported are far to small for many of the wars that were organised. Multiple time dj hooty, myself or other organisers wpuld have to reject players becuase of their size. And as legs said before 24 hour wars are hard for many players. Iwars gives us a chance to war more often and for smaller periods of time. It gives more people the experience of waring and hopefully will teach more how to host them so it doesnt always fall to me or another organiser. So once again SUPPORT FOR IWARS
