Your body was built to burn fat, not carbohydrates. Until about a thousand years ago, with the introduction of industrial farming, there were not enough carbohydrates in existence for people to eat them regularly. Your ancestors died of communicable diseases, not heart disease and cancer.
Good lord ??♀️ Your body gets energy from carbs quicker than protein, and I support HEALTHY carbs like fruit and veggies, as I’ve said before. I do not support much consumption of other carbs like bread. I simply stated that bread is unhealthy due to add ins, not carbs. It’s only unhealthy carb-wise if you’re having too much.
Have you never taken any sort of biology class? Healthy carbohydrates like grape fruit, apples, beans, legumes.. the list goes on.. aren’t going to make you fat. They aren’t so high in carbs that they push the fat to store instead of burn.

^ is right, actually. Carbs are what your body uses for energy first (which is why things like eating sugar and pasta give you lots of energy right away. It's the first source your body will use). And then they burn fat. Fat is meant for storing not burning, which is why it's difficult to lose body fat.

Your ancestors didn't have diabetes, cancer, heart disease, etc etc. That's all thanks to these fake studies pushed in the 50s to promote processed foods. If you eat a lot of meat, your cholesterol goes down. Not up.

Really? What kind of absolute bs have you been told? Our bodies actually need no added cholestrol if we are healthy. A lot of meat does NOT and would NEVER lower cholestrol. Why do you think doctors and nutrientionest recommend eating less red meats and eggs if your cholestrol is high? Hint: it doesn’t lower it! Eating fish and chicken may help maintain or lower cholestrol, but it still contains it, meaning it will not go down to the actual healthy amount in almost all cases. If you eat something with cholestrol (ANY MEAT) and your cholestrol is high already, then it will get lowered. If you eat something with cholestrol after letting your body produce it on its own or with added help from something like coconut, your cholestrol will raise.
