I’m not saying fat vegans don’t exist, I’m just saying that my diet, aside from occasional ice cream and a meal I make with my bf once or twice a month, is completely plant based, and I work out regularly. The carbs I consume won’t make me fat.
I don't think my Dr would give me high-fives and tell me my cholesterol is great if it wasn't. I think you're just a salty vegan that's gonna be obese in the near future. Your body is gonna change with age girl. And there's nothing you can do about it
If your cholesterol is 130-170, give or take 10 or so depending on the person, doctors will say it’s great because you’re a meat eater and many meat eaters are reaching 240+. Your cholesterol is low for your diet, but it’s still higher than it would naturally be.

I obviously know a lot about nutrition and diets from using my open classes to sign up for nutrition classes but ? go ? off ? again I’ll betcha a signed dollar you get heart disease, your cholesterol will stay above what it should actually be, and/or cancer if you keep a high protein diet and eat too many eggs, red meat, and consume too much dairy ?
Tf kind of nutrition class did you take? Vegan Supremacists 101? A proper nutrition class would've taught you about all of the food groups. Also, had you taken an actual nutrition class you'd know that your body needs certain amounts of each unique fatty acid. And you'd know you aren't getting them from a vegan diet. You'd know that cholesterol is not necessarily a bad thing. You'd know a lot of things that you obviously don't.
I take classes that are broad and have studies on all diets. All of my diet and nutrition classes have included weeks on vegan and vegetarian, along with meat based diets. If the vegan diet doesn’t give you what you need, please explain why vegan people are some of the most healthy in studies. Anyways, this is pointless, as you seem to be ignorant towards things like cholesterol, carbs, and even some animal products. I’m going to go play video games with my bf and eat my carb loaded fruit that’s apparently gonna kill me!
