I knew a guy who's heart literally exploded inside his chest from cocaine. Granted he did it everyday for 20+ years, but still...coke is bad mmmmk
False, you can't get physically dependent on weed but it is physchologically addictive. Also, while I believe Julie calling Michelle an addict is a misnomer, you also making it sound like all addicts are inable to function and would kill for their drug(s) of choice is also incorrect. Functional addicts exist, and, as I said, I am one of them... I wouldn't kill anyone for my medications, but I certainly would prefer to continue taking them so I can function. The people you described are most definitely are psychological addicts.
Yeah, gambling also follows that pattern. It's addiction to the dopamine. It's called an addiction in those cases if it causes harm to you ー for example, sèx addicts usually partake in unsafe practices which can cause STIs, food addicts are prone to obesity, gambling addicts will suffer from financial problems.
#1. You snort coke not shoot it up #2. Coke is gross, trust me I was a dumb kid once too. It drips down the back of your throat slowly and tastes like burning poop. Just drink 3 cups of coffee really fast, you'll get the same buzz without the terrible taste and risk of death.
Like my stomach hurts like a bítch and I get the runs and sleepy (with a killer headache if it’s espresso)
Since it makes me feel shïtty, I occasionally treat myself with Frappuccinos since they don’t have much coffee in it
But.... op is an addict bc he does bud 16/365 days a year. Someone eats sweets 16/365days a year, and that means they’re addicts?
That is a lot of sweets. Food is fuel for your body, that's all. Sweets are treats for birthdays and holidays
