Well they released the avis on Feb 10 SGT, so probably around March 10 as shard avatars usually last a month in shop

Do them threads tell you which items still can transform into avi today?

 

All VIP Package avatar shards can still transform, and the first thread I linked provides links to the individual announcement threads for the shards. Those announcement threads will say whether or not there is a time limit on them. A good rule of thumb: If it was in a shard box, then no. If it is in a hunt box, then yes.
