  2. How is it that certain messages dont get flagged out in pub as often as they should? I see some inappropriate messages in pub that should get people silenced for.

    It's not an automatic system that picks up on it. If someone says something silencable, but a mod isn't around to catch it, or it doesn't get reported it will get missed.

  14. I'd report the ones I'd seen before saying things they should and would get silenced for and nothing happened to those that were reported, no silence, nothing. I know I wouldnt get away with that.
