Yes we do its the same here. College you pay for classes and universities for the school. And bruins..... Both people have to be 18 or it is considered rape.

 

Technically it's illegal in the USA if you're under 16 too. 16 is the "age of consent". People commonly misunderstand that and think it means it's legal for a 16 year old to have sex with an 18 year old. Really it means that you can legally have sex with other 16-17 year olds.
