Try listening to music or writing.. When I'm depressed or going through tough times I just make a playlist of my fav songs and write whats on my mind .. It's kind of a motivational thing for me because I would look back at things I wrote years ago and laugh because I lived through it when then at the time I thought I wouldn't make it through
Oh yeah...get away from people...I'm in a place filled with asses...jerks...and people who would fantasize running me over because I'm looking strange...or because I'm really just not to their level in their eyes...
When I was depressed, I used to lay in bed all day.. Except when working. That was a few years ago. Going for quiet walks are nice.. And music. I love ABBA ?
Try it when ur alone it really does help to ease depression but make sure its a slightly happy song. There is also music u can listen to that is proven to up your mood google the songs
Also.. Finding a friend online will be helpful too, if you have no one there.. It just helps to have someone to talk to on a regular basis. Screw everyone else.
Well try writing .. It helps some people when they let it out.. Verbally or through a pen. Get a journal and write what goes on..get creative and all. Let it all out on the paper.. It helps me a lot
