You're very right Arrow. Most if not all of us have eventually given in to the features that come out. Yes there's a lack of conviction, however in some way shape or form to establish some form of growing you in some ways have to give in or get screwed. To take action you have to make changes, what they are...is really up to you. But yes, as a community we are at fault for this.
we can try to take change^ this isnt real life. we can not as a majority protest pimd as if they werent the government. they can completely ruin this game however they want and we will adapt. because since this is not real life, you have 2 options. conform, or delete. and even if you delete, there are 10 people downloading this game that might not replace you, but will fill up your spot in the community.
but if you don't do the new things, you will be put at a disadvantage. stats items from hunts, stats bonus' from the relationship, money from cc. They're there, people don't like them, but if they don't use them, they will be left behind.
But it's not like it's just a few people that hate this feature. ? There was legitimate uproar. Waves being made. It seems like for the most part the consensus was this feature is awful for pimd. So really if all of those people took a stand against the button. And they encouraged people who don't have access to forums to do so, I'm pretty sure the majority of the game would be abstaining from the relationship button. And since the other wayward souls consist of either people who actually LOVE the relationship and the "go with the flowers" who don't really care and the fickle few that swing which ever way the majority goes, I'd say your could persuade the fickle and the flowers and then you'd be left with the people who actually love the feature. And honestly those people who support the app aren't people that are going to use the bonuses anyway. So in theory we wouldn't be at a disadvantage if the majority took a stand against it. Sure you can look at the majority as losing out in a way. But not having TB bonus that you probably won't use for anything in order to make a point to ATA for a short time span will benefit you greatly long term. The end justifies the means.
Arrow I have one question Where's the majority now lying after so many have quit due to this new feature?
? people have quit? Like seriously stopped playing? Because I mean sure people play less as things change, but the average pimd player doesn't just up and quit because of a new feature. This game is highly addictive. So I think despite maybe like what? Maybe 5 ,at max, people actually quitting, I seriously still think the majority hates the relationship feature for one reason or another.
