yah it's a free market but ask player before hiring to show some respect and earn respect from people around you
Wow this thread is still going on ?. Lets keep to the facts as we know it:- 1) OP is a fraud but has valid points 2) Ronny hires op/up tuts in high end of the market. 3) he don't ask If I'm wrong in the FACTS I'm sure someone will correct my FACTS.
We have the pot calling the kettle black... Interesting. This is definitely a fake yunyun. The real yunyun types such horrible English it's almost impossible to understand.
I find this thread and yunyun's complaining of stealing tutors funny and ironic since I know she's stolen tutors from me without asking while she was climbing to number 1. Has she stolen tutors from anyone else? Or am I the only person willing to stand up about hypocritical behavior? Stop complaining about things you used to do!
So, hiring tuts messes up anothers tb? How do you think they got THAT tut? Hiring it from someone else, in other words, being a major hypocrite
Ok so excellent point lady nova! Yunyun's English simply isn't this good- nor would I thing she would have an alt so low. Yet I stand by my point!
There is no such thing as "stealing" a tutor. No one "owns" any tutor. Ever. They're kind of like employees, when their skills (stats, tb, username, whatever) outweigh the salary (hire price) you have them at to another company (fellow player) that employee leaves (is hired away). Does a company hiring employees speak to the previous company that employee worked for to make sure that it's alright to hire? Hell no! I do not ask before I hire tutors. I don't even go so far as to look at a tutor's profile first. It has absolutely nothing to do with respect. If anything, I'd say it's disrespectful to expect others to ask and then sit around and wait for you to possibly (probably not) respond, or to check the tutor again a while after asking and find it still in your list yet a much higher price. I also expect the same in return - hire off of me at any time, day or night, if I'm warring or sitting clubless. Don't worry about me, worry about you!! (Yes, I realize that my analogy is imperfect. Thanks.)
I don't bother asking anymore. I once wanted to hire one of my club members and her pupil's status said to ask before hiring and wait patiently for a reply. Great. So being nice, I decided I would ask politely. 3 days later, no response so I hired anyway. I wasn't going to sit around and wait on someone who isn't going to give me 5 seconds of their day to say yes or no. An hour later after I had hired, she hired back and I had wanted to keep the tut so I hired right back from her. In the end, she got one of her club mates to volley this chick way out of my reach, probably simply to spite me since my club member had asked her earlier if I could keep her and that she didn't want her as a pupil anymore. So no, I'm not going to sit around and wait for someone to get permission to hire a tutor. It's not respectful and it doesn't make others respect you. Most of the people who expect people to ask before hiring are the ones who cry on your wall asking you to not hire their tutors but don't even care about that tut enough to hire back.
