Yeah Right. Since when it is a crime? Sexting is between two individual if someone does not like the topic simply stop replying. Mis-guided sense of security and justice.
Mmm yea no. Maybe you should study up before you try to tell me what is and isn't against the law. Sexting as a minor is illegal. Now, I can't speak for any other region than the US, as I've stated in my post.
This isn't really about sexting, But is having sex before the age of 18 or whatever illegal? I've heard of underage sex... But what does that even mean? Underage being under what age? And will there be any federal consequences?
just last week a couple of kids in my school got arrested 4 sexting w/ eachother. the police were hanging around alot after that. but the worst part was that they both had siblings that were 5
