How you still not understanding a max t9 is basically equal to a t10 yet is a massive price difference. If the point is to let us chose they should drop it down further so we truly can make that decision on our own and get the full out of the money we spent. right now they are just saying that they are doing this without actually doing it
T14 1-star is 10.3mcs. It costs 83t T11 0-star is 10mcs. It costs 69.3t So, by logic, they should at least replace t14 with t11, regardless of whether they did it by closest cash values or closest stat values
I worked to get those two vampire dormmates in my dorms and now, my dorm is full of ugly furries and you replaced my vampire dormmates and I didn’t even get a refund.
Again…watching ATA punish players who unlocked all 98/98 dorms 😆 The refunded peeps meanwhile are upgrading and hiring tuts again.
This is my exact point. Id sooner have new T9s upgraded over new T10s not upgraded, as it costs significantly less. You can get 2 T9s upgraded for more stats than just having a T10. I don't even have 55 dorms unlocked, so I'm stuck with 4 random t10s until then.. and even when I reach that, I still can't see myself replacing my 9s for the 10s for a very long time. I guess what I'm saying is, an option to remove for the cash difference wouldn't be the worst idea...
My initial thought from this update was this would Balance out the player base from the actual upgrading to the PVP portion. Since then I can 100% see some positives to this update. Smaller players, myself included increased in stats heavily without losing much if not any MCs in the process while the bigger players not so much. This shows that this update is actually making the game show the opposite results. The update is creating a whole new imbalance, this time it is favouring the smaller players unlike the old dorm format favouring bigger players rather than it being equal across the board. I can’t see many differences between this new dorm update and the old one.
This was definitely to help smaller players. I went down 100mcs, and after using some of my refund, I was able to go back to where I originally was and then ug 100mcs more. I had to save funds to continue bumping tuts-even tho I used the promo cp to bump a bunch then too. Bigger stats than me will have less funds because they have to bump all their tuts. Ata is trying to bridge the gap and seems really unfair. I don’t see the positives for bigger stats at all.
After getting the tower upgrade and rereading the original post I have so many questions that need clarification. One of my biggest takes away was that the intent of the dorm tower upgrade was to make upgrading tier by tier to be the most optimal way to grow as a player but the math does not make sense when there is minimal to no stat increase from T9 to T10 to T11. When I fully maxed my t10 I only went up 1mcs compared to fully maxing my T9 I grow 2mcs. We're being told while T10/T11 does not give a noticeable increase it will give a boost to plunder (whatever the hell that means). But at the end of the day the math just isn't clicking for me To fully max a T9 it would cost you roughly 3.9T and give you a stat increase of somewhere around 2mcs To fully max a T10 would cost roughly 18.2T with a generous increase of 1mcs If you were to bump a T6L4 to a T9 for 5.6t and add the 3.9T to fully level it for a total of 9.5t would grant you a stat increase of 7mcs Referring back to the og post "tl;dr upgrading your Dorm Mates is now the best way to progress. You'll earn more, spend less on future upgrades, and build a stronger Dorm along the way." The incentive to upgrade the T9L4 to a T10 and then fully max it to T10L4 is that it's more "cost effective" To exchange a T9L4 to a T11 it would cost you 64.9T To exchange a T10L4 to T11 it would cost you 44.6T But the math to get there just proves that the orginal statement is useless T9L4 ➡️ T10= 27.5T T10 ➡️T10L4= 18.2T T10L4 ➡️ T11= 44.6T If you add all that up then it would cost you 90.3T You can skip leveling up the T10 and only pay 62.9T (+27.5T you would spend to get to T10 = 90.4T) My biggest question is what is the incentive (if there is any) to even bother with T10 since most of use larger stats are stuck with them. It would be helpful to get an insight on what the "plunder bonus" (instead of the stat increase) is before everyone wastes the refund trying to do the research for you. I'm happy the tower rebalancing benefited the smaller stats/ newer players and allow them better footing in the game. But please provide some answers to the larger stat players on how this rebalance will benefit us as well.
Give players the ability to reset stats, even once! Thats it, allow us to ug on our own cause your automatic ug is bad. T14 getting to t10 when some players are only 100-200mcs its your fault they had to ug to t14 cause thats cost effective at that time. You have no right to downsize that to t10. Let them decide their stats
yes we made arrangements for this update as per ur post ATA. now u force everyone to replace roommate to t
I posted this on PAGE 9 of the forum. Way back when. This was a known concern for us players with t14s, and ATA had not addressed this at all until now when it has been implemented to our detriment. For the past month, we could only blindly plan on what to do with the cash we earned on promos, and could only work with what ata told us, ie. Dormmates will be converted to closest CASH value. Hence we upgraded t14s to 1-star. And now look at the backlash from all unhappy players who spent during promos and realise they have now wasted cash. To summarise the damage: by replacing our t14s with t10, each t11 dormmate would cost ~100t more. It costs 62.9t to replace t10 with t11, plus the 31.9t ATA deducted from us for giving us the t10 itself. That means 62.9+31.9=94.8t for a base t11, instead of 69.3t (the cost of a normal t11) So everyone is paying 25.5t extra just to keep their original stats if they are 980mcs.
