I knew a girl with cerebral palsy. She was really sweet and cute. I wouldn't say harder. It all depends on how charismatic you are and how you socialize with people.

My friend has asperger's. He just straight up told me. He's still cool as all hell.
Same with Nicky, the girl with cerebral palsy and my heart 
But she was taken by a soldier. And engaged.
