  16. Look at your pms with PIMD... If you don't have those...

    please email: support@athinkingape.com and include the following information:
    •The game you play (PimD)
    •Your in-game username
    •Your question/issue/request

    And your appeal date should be 3 months after your last silence.

  17. Ik to email support@athinkingape.com did that a while ago never got a response also when you email them this is what your supposed to do:
    Username: (Your name in PIMD, KAW, etc.)
    Game: (PIMD, KAW, etc)
    Description of issue: (The reason your emailing support)

  20. Just to clarify, the new perm silence duration is 6 months before you can make an appeal. 

    If they haven't replied it's maybe because they aren't on yet.
