Upload your picture using a site such as imgur or tinyurl, etc. then either use their BB coding (coding used for forums) or copy the direct URL to the image and put it in between

[imgfit*] [/imgfit*]

(without the asterisks[*])

Just make sure the link you have has .jpg .gif .png at the end and it should work.
