You press the hire button on someone's profile and one person drops the tutors (the one giving the dvp).

My friend used to play PimD but then she broke her phone and and doesn't remember some of the info for the account I told her to email support@athinkingape.com but she wants to know what she should say... I'm not exactly sure what to tell her to say... Does anyone know what she should say?

'She should' tell them what you said about the broken phone. Then they'll ask for the name of the account and iTunes store purchase history made by that account. If all goes well they'll make him/her/it an ATA account to log into the account
