That's up to the individual cc club. They aren't some community ran thing, they're private clubs owned by an individual.

Did you pay for the speakers? Sometimes a transaction can take a few minutes to be confirmed. If you can prove you paid for the speakers but never got the amount you paid for, you can email support@athinkingape.com with your username, the game you play (PIMD), and the issue at hand. Maybe a receipt from your bank account will help speed things up. Good luck!
Is on a 24 hour basis. You won't get them as soon as you open the dorms. I usually get mine around 4pm my time.
