  5. They provide a percentage bonus to your base stats when attacking. Your base stats are the stats displayed at the top of the screen in the red and blue bars. To find your actual stats from your base stats you divide by 50.

  13. Ok, so we all know that when you but a dorm and rent to any tier that they come with full health, and when we evict them and replace them they come with no health. Now how about if I evicted someone and it's been empty for 4 hours? Does the knew person now come full of still I need to wait for it to regain full health? ?
