Most people won't, if you'd like a club, I suggest you make one yourself. Or you can of course always see if anyone's nice enough to do so. But if you can't make your own club than I wouldn't suggest you owning one.

@PW2 - To further expand upon War-King's answer, perms are people who have a home club. They're like the opposite of a merc, they stay in one place. Usually people with tags (ex. RS_, -BCS-, STD_) are permed somewhere, but you don't have to to be tagged to be a perm.
