need workout advice and diet tips

  3. From my own experience from working, it's really Key to finding out work out that suit you and your body.

    You have things you aim for and that's great always a good step. As a great BodyBuilder once said.. "The great thing about working out is that you get to sculpt your body and make it something even better."

    Now you have:
    ?Shoulders.
    ?Arms.
    ?Chest.
    ?Back.
    ?Abs.

    So let's get started:
    With shoulders you can a pretty good amount of work outs for them I'm just going to give you one. A simple Shoulder Press now what I suggest is doing 4 sets of 10 Reps.
    You can do 1 set of 25's and get 10 Reps in. Take it slow and let your muscles contract the key is to feel the burn so don't do it fast take it slow. Once you've done that get some 35's and go again do at least 10 Reps. After that bump it up and do 45's at least 10 Reps and then 50 or 55 deepening if you can hold onto that and get those 10 reps in. Now that's just one of the shoulder workout I do it works very well for me. I suggest you try it.✔

    Arms now keep in mind you have two muscles your working out here. Your Biceps and your Triceps. Biceps workout are something you want to burn so keep in mind to keep it slow. Now there are tons and tons of ways to work out the Biceps I suggest a good Bicep curl with a curling bar. Again I follow the 4 set system of 10 Reps. You can start off with a good 50 pound bar and just do a close grip set. At least 10 Reps. Make sure you grip the bar tight and keep it straight also keep in mind to have your back straight as possible and let the bar go all the way down. After that do a wide grip set so do at least 10 Reps. Next bump it up and get a 60 pound bar and go again 10 Reps one close grip other set 10 Reps wide grip and just bump it up every set with curls. So in this case from 50 it goes to 60 to 70 to 80. 10 Reps each close grip and wide grip.✔
    Triceps are probably the key thing in arms the triceps have to be worked on twice as much as biceps because it is a bigger muscle. A good way is the Cable Press-Down they have these in cages. Basically you want to grip the rope and pull it down all they way and stretch it all the way out in this case do 4 sets of your weight you want to get the form right. Have a straight back while doing this.✔

    Chest is generally a great thing to do so let's begin you have 3 options Regular Bench Pressing, Incline and Decline. They all work out the Chest but different muscles if the chest. Incline is for upper chest. Decline is for lower chest. 
    Make sure you always have a spotter while benching never bench alone. Unless you know you can handle the weight.
    Do a good set of 25's to warm your chest up do at least 10. Go ahead and do 35's set of 10 and then 45's sets of 10. Make sure you grip the bar tight and hold it straight and bring it towards your chest. ✔

    Now with back you have tons and tons of work outs but the best way is a pull up. You want to do wide grip pull ups at lest 4 sets of 15 for pull ups make sure you do them slowly. Go up normally and as you go down take it slow and keep doing that.✔

    Now with abs it's key to know abs are made in the kitchen so you have to eat good foods. As in no junk food at all 0. No Chips, no ice cream, no soda, none of that you have to be eating correctly. Abs are made in the kitchen and less in the gym. Best way for abs is to fine a work out for you because there are a million ways to do abs it's best to find the best abs workout that suits you.✔

    In general while your working out and you want to bulk up it's important to eat foods that give you protein and that's good for your body. Now I suggest you eat a good way as in eat Meats, Grain, Dairy, and Keep your sodium levels low.(stay away from chips.) While trying to bulk up it's important to eat until you get full if you are not full eat more you must be full because those carbs will help you get your muscles bigger.✔

    Make sure drink a lot of water while working out its good for you, your body, and your muscles. Also keeps your body cool.✔
