Stop eating all the junk food, eats lean meats like chicken and fish. Buy protein that will help develop a lot more muscle. Also hit the gym 1 to 2 times a day. Don't over train as it can be bad for you. Look up on the internet for vids on how to workout those area you want worked out. Do about 10min of cardio.
