    Bibimbap -
Rice mixed with vegetables, meat, an egg, and chili pepper paste made of a bowl of rice, sautéed and seasoned vegetables (namul: 나물), a bit of hot pepper paste (gochujang: 고추장) — Maangchi (da best)

I didnt put egg in mine cos I am allergic to eggs lol sucks.
You can also put some spinach and shreaded cucumbers?
I just used whatever is available in my fridge so

Before eating it you’re supposed to mix everything all together. ?

  7. Here we are! Not the fanciest of fancy, but it tasted yum. Crispy peking pork, with stir-fried vegetables, & garlic noodles. I can't really explain the process cause I'm a mad scientist in the kitchen & just do everything by taste and sight. But it's basically just meat & veggies with a lot of sugar & fat. Getting in the goods before we start clean eating again. I can already taste the bitterness of my coffee, no sugar, splash of 98% fat free lactose free milk. Ahaha! (Ps. Ign written on paper towel in the bg. It's out of focus, but it's there!) ️

  8. Hello and welcome to my first ever picture post in the forum! ?
I didn't see a lot of Asian cuisine on here so I thought it would be nice to cook Budae Jjiggae for my entry. Budae Jjigae is also called the 'Army Base Stew' because it was born all the way back from the post Korean war and it's a combination of Korean and American ingredients in one dish. American soldiers came to Korea to help with the Korean war and all that stuff, hence the fusion! ?

(I forgot to save the picture from when I went grocery shopping but Lyssa took a screenshot of it from my SC so my girl got my back if anyone needs proof that I made this from scratch! ?)

I followed the recipe from this YouTube channel called Wife's Cuisine and it did burn a hole in my pocket *inserts Gavin fake smiling meme* but I also already had a bunch of ingredients at home so I just whipped them all together.

Here's the recipe that I modified to my personal taste:

    - BASIC: 1 can of Ham (small size), 4 Sausages, 60g Ground Beef (I used Pork cus I'm a broke uni student ?), 3tbsp Baked Beans, 1/2cup of Rice Cake, 1/2 Tofu, 1/2 Green Onion, 1/3 Onion, 1 cup of Kimchi, 1 sliced Cheddar Cheese, 4 cups of Beef Bone Broth, 1 packet of Ramyun noodle, 1 bag of Enoki Mushrooms (<- Added 1 whole bag because I love it to death.)

    - SAUCE: 1tbsp Red Pepper Powder, 1tbsp Red Pepper Paste, 1tbsp Soy Sauce for soup, 1tbsp Minced Garlic, Salt, Pepper (I added a tad of sugar cus her recipe was a little too spicy for me)

    Aaaannd tadaaaaa! 
I had to have my rice and stir fried kimchi on the side + a touch of sesame seeds for aesthetic-

Happy New Years in advance! 
