Anyone else only get 6k award but get notification of higher?

Also only gave out the level 4 award when over 6000 should be level 5 ( I have 7000 )

I had 5 hundred and something and didn't get an Avatar

 

I have 500 local where is my Ava?

 

I got 1200 something collections but I didn't get the avis ?

 

I had 548 love letter collections an didn't get an Avatar

I looked at my rewards thing and it says I was rewarded for collecting 3500 letters instead of 6000 letters ?

My rewards are off. I got Wayy passed 500 collections for the Avi and I never got my Avi....so.
