Haha! My talent is in music. That's my number one passion. I dabble with food because I like to experiment. It is amazing how fun it is to play with food and create a dish that has your character in it. My foods are usually quite eccentric. Those I put on forum are quite mild for the general community's sake. I usually like to work with liver, kidney, heart, intestines, ears, maw. I have not tried brains yet, but I'm curious. Oh yes, insects and grubs and snails and creepy crawlies! I'm a mad food scientist who has ventured into the food underworld and found it irresistible.
Food's an art. Vibrant or dull, it's experience is beautiful. I'm from Ireland but I live in the US, in the country. I have strong influences from both, and Italian influences from parts of my family. I love mixing heritages.
Very true, Neon. I love cooking and experimenting. I'm not in anyway a great cook, but I do well enough to make the family happy! and I'm always looking for new ideas.
