honestly, it's all about calorie intake, healthy eating, and exercising. I know some people who were overweight and continued to eat like they did but merely added exercise to their daily routine and managed to lose weight! however, you really should be eating clean and limiting intake (if your problem is overeating) if you want to lose weight the right way (along with exercise).
