Whatever you do, don't eat organic chocolate.  I almost puked. That shit makes Hersey bars taste good.

 

I only really like white chocolate, milk chocolate is okay sometimes.  but then again white chocolate isn't actually chocolate so.

I like Wisconsin chocolate.. (Idk the brand) but when I went on vacation there a few weeks ago, they made this "homemade chocolate". It was delicious.

 

British chocolate is not all that! :roll: If you grow up on it, you just lean towards it as your taste preference.

And all of you anti-American chocolate people can shove  down your throats!  There are a lot of great non-mainstream American chocolatiers! ? The mainstream chocolate is geared for a different taste profile than you Euros/foreigners... 

 

Replacement of cocoa butter with hydrogenated oil. Its why Hershey's (and many american chocolate compabies) cannot label many of products as "chocolate" or "milk chocolate" but have to label them as "chocolate flavored" or the like.
