I cannot either confirm nor deny that there is the possibility of an Astral cat within this party drop update. All I can say, is if you stare into the party void long enough a Catstellation will stare back. As for the other drops ...party away and hunt down ALL the new items to your hearts content! There are about as many being added as there were being retired. That's all I can say.
