As far as women getting paid less for the same job that also random bullshit. I've worked around women who get paid more than men doing the same job my whole life.. That's not what you were talking about though. This seem to be about self-esteem. Men have just as many self-esteem issues as women do. If you're going to blatently lie and tell people they are something they aren't you could at least target all those who need it. By making it only women you're being sexist yourself. LMFAO xD I am in no way a misogynist*** I love women and the love me greatly. I dislike feminists because it is one of the most hypocritical movements I've ever seen. You claim equality but push to surpass. You claim to just want equality and talk frequently about how women are better than men. I have a great deal of respect for many women. It's the women that deserve that respect though. Not the women who just so happened to be born with two x chromosomes for 2x the awesomeness.

Your attitude is a part of your job performance, fix your attitude towards life, and people and maybe you'll get a raise. But the fact that you don't like your salary isn't my issue. Again, women are not treated as equal. Or there wouldnt be feminism. Have you read books like Brave New World and 1984? Those are dystopia books, one of the messages is that if a word isn't taught, there will be no comprehension of what that word means. It works both ways. If there were not a reason for feminism, we wouldn't have feminism. When you can make all females equal to males feminism will not have a purpose. The fact that you bash feminism is a shame. Saying that many people fought for women's equality, even men, 100 years ago, yet we still don't have it.

On a side note I don't work in a department that pays a salary xD random insults... my work is all performance based and I make sure to do a damn fine job. Not everyone in my company has the same position as I do though and a lot of the women are paid more than the men. Like you said it is based on how well you work.. not on your gender. Stop living in the past. Women have more rights than men do thank to the feminist movement but they still want more. I think that is just greedy and shamefull.

Tyler you sound like you havent read up on any current issues...men get paid more than women do in social security in this country and many other areas too...so no things are not equal and the feminist movement is still VERY necessary
