  1. I would go with what @Arse is saying and see if a moderator would be willing to discuss the issue with ATA on your behalf. He used to be a mod and retired semi-recently, so he's familiar with this sort of advocacy. At the very least, they could persuade ATA to reopen one-on-one communication with you.

    If you choose to go that route, here is a list of game moderators. Find one in your 'campus' (if you're not sure what that means, the guide explains it) and try walling them or gift messaging them to see if they would be willing to add you to discuss this. Point them in the direction of this thread, as well, to help catch them up to speed too.
     
  2. Yes and I have tried literally everything to get my old account back but I have made 0 progress and it sucks after being a loyal player for 6 years
     
  3. Unfortunately you need to discuss bans with devs the devs directly through a help ticket. They are able to see information that we cannot.

    This isn't the place to discuss silences/bans so I'll be locking this but I wish you luck 👌
