Have them join your club. Merging clubs means all members and admins from 1 club join the other club meaning that club gets disbanded. So if both clubs have gold passes then yes 1 club will lose them coz the gold passes are for that club only. If you dont wanna lose out sell the club. You shoild be able to get a few bentos with having passes
As stated above, "merging clubs" just refers to members moving to a different club. All admin positions or gold passes that are unlocked in *that* club will remain and any in the club that is being abandoned will be lost. Question answered, locking.
